For couples holding $25,000 to $45,000 in savings, this program bridges the down payment gap and helps families transition from renting to owning their own starter home under $950K.

I'm a Struggling Homeowner

Grant, relief, deferrals, and income programs designed to cut your mortgage payments in half.

Mortgage Relief Program

For homeowners burdened by monthly mortgage and debt payments, this program safeguards equity while providing $1,000–$5,000 in monthly relief and deferrals — with some qualifying to have up to 90% of their mortgage payments covered.

Mortgage Trustee Program

For homeowners behind on payments or facing power of sale, this program holds your mortgage in trust, lowers payments, and safeguards equity — offering a path to keep your home when refinancing isn’t possible.
